The FISER Group approached us to launch their new TAO and RPO brand, Aquila, across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. They wanted a brand that reflected a vision of growth, flexibility, and innovation - one that could soar confidently across global markets - while staying rooted in its Latin heritage: Aquila [Eagle].

Our Solution

We developed a bold, modern brand system that embodies movement, progression, and intelligence. At its heart is a sleek logomark and unified wordmark, paired with four fairings representing Aquila’s key global regions, converging into a central eagle wing - a visual metaphor for leadership, connection, and reach.

This identity was extended into a digital experience designed to guide users on a seamless journey through Aquila Talent Solutions’ services. Every interaction, from navigation to animation and design, reinforces the brand’s tech-driven, people-first approach. The website showcases their high-profile clients, including Vanguard, Aviva Investments, and BNY, positioning Aquila as a contemporary, future-ready leader in global recruitment.
