Donnini approached us to completely redevelop its website, creating a more modern digital experience that better reflected the business and made discovering and booking a stay across Ayrshire easier.
​
With a growing collection of properties, The Kylestrome Hotel, business accommodation and property management services, the existing website had become difficult to navigate and needed a clearer structure across multiple audiences.
​
The goal was to create a hospitality-led website that felt welcoming and inspiring, rather than like a traditional property portal.
​
Our Solution

We designed and developed the new Donnini website from the ground up, completely rethinking the structure, user journeys, content and visual experience.
​
The new website puts stays at the heart of the experience, with improved property discovery, clearer navigation and a seamless connection to Donnini's existing booking platform, stay.donnini.
​
We also wrote and created new content across the site, introducing dedicated areas for sustainability, local events, things to do across Ayrshire, business stays and Donnini's story.
​
A flexible CMS gives the team control over properties, events, blogs and other content, while bespoke functionality and CRM integrations connect the website with Donnini's wider marketing activity.
​
The result is a modern, scalable digital experience that makes discovering Donnini and exploring Ayrshire easier than ever.
