Introducing the evolved brand identity and website for IBAM, a global recruitment consultancy operating across the UK and Ireland, Europe, US & Canada and Asia.

Built as an evolution, not a revolution, the project focused on refining and strengthening IBAM’s existing identity while maintaining clear ties to its roots. Central to this was the delta symbol, representing change, progression and forward movement - a concept that continues to underpin both the brand’s heritage and its future direction.

From this foundation, we developed a cohesive visual system that expands on the delta, using it as a core device across brand assets, patterns and layouts. A new logo system was introduced to improve flexibility and consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, while a deep navy and orange colour palette reinforces professionalism, energy and clarity within a competitive consultancy space.

 

The result is a brand that feels considered and future-focused, balancing familiarity with a more confident and scalable identity designed to support IBAM’s continued growth across international markets.

Alongside the visual identity, we designed and developed a ground-up website that delivers clarity, usability and impact. The site is structured to support both clients and candidates, with intuitive navigation, clear messaging and flexible CMS functionality, all wrapped in a brand experience that reflects IBAM’s expertise and global reach.
