Getting started
Accessing, logging in and navigating the Detalo Creative client portal is seamless. Follow the instructions below for guidance on getting started.

Accessing
Upon completion of our onboarding process, you'll be sent an email (to the address provided) with a unique link inviting you access to our client portal. Simply follow the link to access the site.
Logging in
When you first access the portal, your email address should already be inputted into the login field. Create a password to associate it with your account. Once completed, select 'Activate account' and you're good to go.
Navigating
Once logged in, easily access the portal tools findable through the navigation panel on the left to complete any required tasks, such as making a payment or downloading files. If we've requested an action from you, you'll be notified both via email and through the portal system.
